Shipping

All orders are processed within 48hrs of receipt of payment, excluding weekends. Orders placed after 3pm ET will be processed the following business day. Upon receipt of payment customers will receive an email order confirmation. Once orders are shipped, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that our carrier delivers Monday-Friday excluding holidays. For deliveries to rural areas add 2-3 business days to the shipping service.

All orders placed on vx360.com are subject to the following shipping charges:

Regular Shipping – ships in 7-10 business days
Orders up to $199.99 will incur an additional shipping charge of $9.99
Orders over $200 will incur no additional shipping charge

Expedited Shipping – ships in 2-4 business days
Orders up to $199.99 will incur an additional expedited shipping charge of $29.99
Orders above $200.00 will incur an additional expedited shipping charge of $39.99


Returns

VX360 believes in guaranteeing a satisfactory experience with every product purchased. If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return any non-discounted item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in new, unused condition and is returned in the complete form which it was shipped, along with original hangtag.

To return product please request a Return Authorization (RA #) by emailing help@vx360.com. If your merchandise is defective, VX360 will pay the shipping charge on a case-by-case basis and only with our prior approval.

Please email help@vx360.com detailing the nature of the defective merchandise and we will respond with instructions.

Refunds are processed using the same method of payment as was used in the original purchase. Goods bought with a Visa card will see the same Visa card credited back once the goods are received.
